BoneOscopy project partner LIP welcomes new researcher

The Laboratory of Instrumentation and Experimental Particle Physics (LIP), a BoneOscopy project partner and reference institution for experimental particle physics and associated technologies in Portugal, has recruited Manuel Ratola, a PhD student from the Instituto Superior Técnico at the University of Lisbon. Within the scope of the BoneOscopy project, his work will focus on the development of innovative particle detector technologies for medical applications. Through this addition, LIP will continue its contribution to European research in particle physics, addressing some of the most compelling questions in science today.
